General Information
Compressed air is often used, and is also used in air motors, air cylinders, vacuum valves, etc., in addition to pneumatic equipment such as spray guns and air duster. In particular, air hose is required when you use pneumatic equipment (nailing machines, air impact drivers, air duster, etc.).
There are two kinds of air compressor hose: normal pressure and high pressure. Regardless of the pressure, air compressor hose requires the following features: flexibility, less tangling, standing-out color and enough pressure-proof. We have various product lineups as follows.
(A) PVC Braided Hose for Air (Normal Pressure)
(A-1) PRESSURE HOSE [E-TB]

(B) Polyurethane Normal Pressure Air Hose
(B-1) NEW FLEX Air Hose [E-NF]
This is an orange color, standard air hose that is made of polyurethane. Our standard size is I.D. 6.5mm, I.D. 8.5mm and I.D. 11mm. We can customize the size (such as I.D. 1/4" and I.D. 3/8"). (B-2) Soft NEW FLEX Air Hose [E-SNF]
This is a very soft pink-purple color air hose that is made of polyurethane. Size Availability: I.D. 6.5mm and I.D. 8.5mm. E-SNF is a very soft air hose for easy handling even in cold temperature. Although our standard color is pink purple, red color is also available. We can also customize the size (such as I.D. 1/4" and I.D. 3/8"). (C) PVC Normal Pressure and High Pressure Air Hose (Made-to-Order Product)
We can offer a colorful PVC air hose (both normal and high pressure options available).
Air hose is used in various settings such as automotive body shop, air inflator and air duster.
Various colors are available upon request. So far, we have supplied air hose with various colors (such as yellow, red, green, purple and blue.)
The common size for PVC normal pressure air hose is: I.D. 6.35mm (1/4") $\times$ O.D. 9.53mm (3/8"), I.D. 6.5mm $\times$ O.D. 10mm, I.D. 8.5mm $\times$ O.D.12.5mm and I.D. 9.53mm (3/8") $\times$ O.D. 14.29mm (9/16"). The common size for PVC high pressure air hose is: I.D. 5mm $\times$ O.D. 9mm and I.D. 6mm $\times$ O.D. 10mm.
