1. Safety

Ferrule Fittings, designed by HAKKO CORPORATION, are swaged. At the time of shipment, we conduct pressure-proof and leak tests for all products. Since the product is fastened by HAKKO CORPORATION, it is secure without fluid leakage and/or disconnection from the fittings. Ferrule Fittings are easier to install, leading to increase the work efficiency and be able to standardize the job.

2. Sanitary Fittings with Less Fluid Accumulation at the Nipple Edge

Because of a nipple shape with less fluid accumulation, it is possible to transfer fluids in a sanitary way. The material of the fitting body is made of SUS316L, known as a corrosion-resistant material. Thus, this is also suitable for chemical cleaning inside the hose.

3. Hose shows high transparency, chemical resistance, hygiene and washability.

Flexible Fluorine Resin Hose Series show high transparency, so you can check the fluids with secure. Since the inner layer of Flexible Fluorine Resin Hose Series is made of fluorine, they have excellent chemical resistance and can stand against most of the chemicals. Case Study

Problem 1: Cosmetics manufacturing factory requires longer time in washing the hoses and fittings.

Company A, manufacturing various kinds of cosmetics, has been using Olefin hose with nut-type fittings (fittings without hose clamps). However, longer washing time becomes a problem, as it lowers the productivity. Thus, to improve the productivity, Company A is looking for the alternative types of hose and fitting.

HAKKO Solution 1:

HAKKO proposed E-SJB-F: Flexible Fluorine (ETFE) Resin Yarn Reinforced Hose with Ferrule Fittings (Swage Type). An inner layer of E-SJB-F is made of ETFE Fluorine, known as non-adhesiveness feature. E-SJB-F is a ferrule fitting type, the fluid is less likely to remain near the fittings. As a result, cleaning time is reduced and Company A is satisfied with the productivity improvement.

Problem 2: Solvent-Transfer Piping as an Alternative of SUS (Stainless Steel) Flange Ferrule Pipe

In their plant, company A has been using SUS (Stainless Steel) flange ferrule pipes for transferring solvents. However, due to the limited space, some pipes require the flexibility. Besides, the engineer requests a transparent hose. Thus, Company A has to look for an alternative hose.

HAKKO Solution 2:

HAKKO proposed E-SJSP-F: Flexible Fluorine (ETFE) Resin SUS Spring Wire Hose with Ferrule Fittings (Swage Type). An inner layer of E-SJSP-F is made of ETFE Fluorine that is resistant to solvents. The engineer confirms that E-SJSP-F is a transparent and flexible hose. Also, the both ends are tightened by ferrule fittings that fit in well with the existing equipment. As a result, Company A decides to use E-SJSP-F.
