Characteristics

Long Duration...Due to the PVC with oil-proof plasticizer, hose does not become hardened even though oil and hot water are transferred.
Lightweight...E-STB is very lightweight and flexible, compared with rubber hose.
Pressure-Proof...I.D. Size (6mm - 25mm) can stand up to 1.0MPa (10Bar) at 20$^\circ$C working pressure.
Oil Resistance...Compared with a normal PVC braided hose, E-STB shows the property of oil resistance.
Easy to Cut...Since we print the cut mark on the hose every meter, it is easy to cut the length you would like to.
Transparency...E-STB (clear green color) enables you to check the fluid very easily.
Original Fittings...By using our original fittings, you can avoid accidents which are caused by incorrect choices of hose and fittings. For more information on our original fittings, please scroll down to the end.

Cautions:

Due to the yarn-reinforced hose, please use the joints to seal an inner surface of the hose.
Please do not use the joints to seal an outer surface of the hose. This may result in the bursting or coming off from the hose.
Compared with a normal PVC hose, E-STB is superior in oil-resistance. However, depending on the use time and temperature, hose might harden.

(B) Oil-proof Comparison Data: E-TB vs. E-STB

Test Method: Fill the insulating oil (mineral oil) into the hose and measure the weight change at the room temperature of 60 $^\circ$C.

Test Result: After four weeks, E-STB loses weight by 6%, while E-TB loses weight by 14%.

Insights: Since the plasticizer soaks into the insulating oil, E-TB becomes harder than E-STB.

Cautions:

For EIGHTNIPPLE S and B Fittings, please fasten with two hose clamps.
We do not have our original fittings for some sizes. For these sizes, please select fittings sold in the market. Please also make sure to fasten hose clamps.
For EIGHTLOCK S, B and Ferrule Fittings, its sleeve is not reusable. When you reinstall a hose, please use a new one.
