Characteristics
- Food Grade...It is superior in flexibility and can transfer hot water (up to 70$^\circ$C), food, beverage, and fatty foods.
- Pressure-Proof...I.D. Size (6mm - 25mm) can stand up to 1.0MPa (10Bar) at 20$^\circ$C working pressure.
- Oil-Proof...Due to the high polymer oil-proof plasticizer, hose does not get harden even though the fluid is other than food grade oil.
- Easy to Cut...Since we print the cut mark on the hose every meter, it is easy to cut the length you would like to.
- Transparency...E-SF (natural color) enables you to check the fluid very easily.
- Original Fittings...By using our original fittings, you can avoid accidents which are caused by incorrect choices of hose and fittings. For more information on our original fittings, please scroll down to the end.
- Hose Cap...By sealing the hose end by hose cap, the inclusion of foreign matters is prevented. E-SF is tightened with hose cap only in the standard length.
Certificates and Regulations
- RoHS Compliant...E-SF is compliant with RoHS requirements (Directive: (EU) 2015/863). (RoHS Compliant means that E-SF does not contain RoHS 10 restricted substances or it does not exceed the upper threshold of RoHS 10 restricted substances.) Certificate is available on request.
- Non-Use of UV-328...E-SF does not contain UV-328. Certificate is available on request.
- Food Sanitation...E-SF conforms to the Food Sanitation Law No.370 (No.370 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for Food Sanitation). (Conformity to N-Heptane). [Regarding the conformity of “Partial Revision of the Food Sanitation Law” (Effective on June 1, 2020) and Positive List System (PL), please download the certificate here.]

Cautions:
- Due to the yarn-reinforced hose, please use the joints to seal an inner surface of the hose.
- Please do not use the joints to seal an outer surface of the hose. This may result in the bursting or coming off from the hose.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Is E-SF certified with FDA?
Answer: No, E-SF is not certified with FDA. Instead, we have a certificate of the Food Sanitation Law No.370 (No.370 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for Food Sanitation). (Conformity to N-Heptane).
Question: Can we use E-SF for transferring oils?
Answer: Yes, since the high polymer oil-proof plasticizer is used, E-SF is less likely to become hardened than E-STB ("Oil-Proof PRESSURE HOSE"). Thus, you can transfer oils other than food grade oils.
Question: How do we wash out the food grade hose?
Answer: To wash out the inner layer of the hose, we recommend you to use a sponge ball and rocket brush.
