Cautions:

  • Due to the laminated structure hose, please use the joints to seal an inner surface of the hose.
  • Please do not use the joints to seal an outer surface of the hose. This may result in the bursting or coming off from the hose.
  • When you use our products, please refer to "Precautions for Use." ("The Precautions for Use" of E-SV is also downloadable here.)
  • In terms of chemical resistance, please refer to "Chemical Resistance Data."

Case Study

Problem: Fire accident occurred in the paint booth.

Company A, manufacturing plastic injection parts for Tier I automotive company, recently had a fire accident in the paint booth. Although the cause of this fire accident was not identified, a factory manager decided to list all possible causes of the fire. A factory manager found that a nylon tubing was used in the painting processes and looked for the alternative paint hose.

HAKKO Solution:

HAKKO proposed E-SV: Solvent Transfer Hose and provided a sample. E-SV is made of nylon resin with ground wire and conductive line on the outer layer. With these features, E-SV can get rid of the static electricity, charged to the spray gun. Besides this, E-SV is more flexible and easy to handle than a single-layer nylon tubing. As a result, a factory manager decided to use E-SV for all painting lines at their booths.
