Functions

Characteristics

• Flexibility: Allow for Small-Space Installation: Compared with a Teflon Tubing, HAKKO products are more flexible. Thus, the small-space installation is possible for analytical instruments and medical equipment.
• Gas Barrier Tubing: It shows higher levels of gas barrier property. Thus, the fluids inside are less likely to change their nature.
• Chemical Resistance: Since the inner layer is made of either Fluorine or Olefin, this shows higher chemical resistance than a PVC or silicon tube.
• Hard to Break: Unlike a single-layer fluorine tubing, it is hard to break. (Even if it breaks, you can restore its shape to some extent.)
• Non-Adhesiveness: Compared with a PVC or silicone tube, the inner layer has higher levels of water-repellent. (Fluorine is better than Olefin.)
• Low Elution...Compared with a PVC hose, elution levels are low. Thus, you can obtain the accurate results.
• Non-PVC: It is made of non-PVC materials.
• Transparency: It enables you to check the fluid very easily.

• RoHS2: It is compliant with RoHS2 requirements (directive 2011/65/EU:RoHS2). (RoHS 2 Compliant products mean that they do not contain or below the threshold of 10 substances.) Certificate is available on request.
• Food Sanitation: It conforms to the Food Sanitation Law No.370 (No.370 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for Food Sanitation). (Conformity to N-Heptane). [Regarding the conformity of “Partial Revision of the Food Sanitation Law” (Effective on June 1, 2020) and Positive List System (PL), please contact us.]
• Non-Use of UV-328...Our product does not contain UV-328. Certificate is available on request.
