Application Examples:
(A) Medicine Coating
When the medical tablet is produced, the tablet is usually coated by sugar. In this coating process, a mixture of ingredients (such as sugar and additives) is added. In this process, HAKKO Flexible Fluorine (ETFE) Resin Yarn Reinforced Hose [E-SJB] and Flexible Fluorine (ETFE) Resin SUS Spring Hose [E-SJSP] have been used. In some cases, products with Ferrule fittings and Electrolytic Polishing (EP) are adopted for higher sanitation levels.
(B) Anti-Itch Cream
In the process of manufacturing anti-inch cream, HAKKO Flexible Fluorine (ETFE) Resin SUS Spring Hose [E-SJSP] has been adopted. This is because an inner layer is made of ETFE fluorine, showing higher levels of non-adhesiveness, leading to easy flow (non-stickiness) and high levels of sanitation.
(C) Medical Gas Hose
When you enter into a hospital room, you might see various colors of hose. HAKKO can offer hoses for this application. In fact, each country has its own regulation in terms of hose color for fluids (Medical Air, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen). Moreover, each country has its own criteria such as ISO 5359 and conductivity (anti-static) requirements.
Usually, the medical gas hose is made of PVC materials and its common I.D. is 6mm or 1/4". HAKKO can meet various kinds of demands (color and requirements' request) for medical gas hose.
(D) Dental Unit Chair Equipment
When you enter into a dental clinic, you will be asked to sit on a dental unit chair. There are air and water supply lines inside the dental unit chair.
